No, i don't think for a second that LP is reading this MB, and I'm neither trying nor do I believe I have to tell her what to do. Don't know where you get that from - first you think I'm employed by the company now you think I'm trying to msg her here???? Anyway I trust that she knows exactly what I suggested for the benefit of my fellow MBers, or I would never be putting more money into the stock here like I did this week.
As for what she should or will do about any of the allegations about Cognate, I would not even presume to judge such a complicated situation without knowing a lot more than I do now. Even if and when the 3rd party report exonerates her, I think that regardless of how much is total BS and if there is anything at all found by investigation to be justified, I think it's likely that she will give up mfn based on what I have heard. That is a huge amount of money for Cognate and it should be more than enough to throw out all the BS and then some, however I'm also sure even then the shorts will try to continue to bash her over it - I'm pretty sure she really can't win at all except to succeed big time in the clinic.
