One problem is that we still don't know much about the cost of our revenue. What percentage of the $28.8 million CAMWATER contract will be profit for the company?

We are trading for very close to the price the Chinese valued us at when they agreed to buy 51% of CDNL.

980m shares after Tranche 2 funding and shares are issued approximately.

Chinese agreed to pay $7.6 million for half the company.

So if $7.6 million is half then $15.2 million is the price for 100% of CDNL using the Chinese pricing.

$15.2 Million dollar market cap

980 million shares trading for .017 is very close to a $15.2 million dollar market cap.

In the future this could be a $100 million dollar company which would have us trading for 10 cents. That's the clear path to a dime. Thats why updated O/S numbers was all I needed. Holding for a dime.
