$TAUG is current with their 10k.

Yes, the 10-K does bring the company to current through March 31, 2015. It seems you are saying the past due quarterly reports, i.e. the 10-Q's, don't count. There are three quarterly reports that are late! The fiscal 2015 10-K does not bring the company to current through December 31, 2015! Unfortunately, in order be deemed CURRENT, TAUG must file 10-Q's for quarters one thru three of fiscal 2016. Until these reports are filed the company will continue to be listed as "Limited Information" by OTC Markets. If these three quarterly 10-Q's were to be filed prior to June 30, 2016, which IMO is highly unlikely, the company would then be "current" in the eyes of the regulators. Until then, the SEC will continue to label TAUG as a "late filer" and "not current"!

Lets at least get the facts straight on the filing of the 10k and not mislead people.

Yes, let's get the facts straight! Contrary to the misleading post, TAUG IS NOT CURRENT WITH ITS SEC FILINGS!

Confirming my response, here is TAUG's ACTUAL FILINGS STATUS direct from Seth Shaw in today's PR:

The Company is currently focused on completing its remaining required SEC filings, specifically its interim quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for fiscal year end March 31, 2016 as well as its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year end 2016 (collectively, the "2016 SEC Filings"). Once the Company files its 2016 SEC filings, it will once again be compliant with its SEC periodic reporting obligations.

It is of most value to the investors, when posts are based upon the actual facts, which in this case includes the "black & white" SEC regulations!

IT IS A SIMPLE FACT...TAUG IS NOT YET CURRENT WITH ITS SEC FILINGS AND LIKELY WILL NOT BE CURRENT PRIOR TO MID-JULY 2016 AT THE EARLIEST!
