It means those who said the door wasn't closed and the building was open because the employees were there were ... uuummm wrong; and living in a wholly self manufactured fantasy. The door hasn't been there for years, i don't care what MW says. Nor are there any employees there. They weren't there yesterday, they are not there today and they won't be there tomorrow.

The best use for the IFUS facility would be as an indoor skate boarding facility and storage place for idle equipment.

P.S. There are no employees there at 6:30 AM because MW has to eat breakfast.
