If the Fed does raise interest rates it will put JCP in a much greater bind. Retail (mall stores) really took it on the chin this Q. While improving, JCP is still in a precarious position. I expected their numbers to be better- coupled with a possible rate hike and I'm staying away this Q. JMO ;-)
