The market for an effective Alzheimer's drug is astronomical. My perfect scenario is get an Asian manufacturing partner and license the Asian Alzheimer's market for a nice down payment. Those rights alone should generate enough cash for the trial then royalties from Asia and sales in the rest of the world will pay for the trials.

I really don't expect significant dilution.
