I find it unusual that Ted would use the term "toxic debt ". Debt would be more usual.

That's awesome SIPC new bud, thanx for sharing. I really like this part

The hemp business is wide open at this point. That
said we are striving to become a major player and position our company
for the inevitable tidal wave of opportunity.

As expected Ted responded quickly to my e-mail from this morning! He's very positive and professional and I'm very excited about his response and where SIPC/Major Hemp is headed! Of course he couldn't tell me too much, lol!

Hi Gary,

Thanks for your support! We are working hard on several potential
partnerships and distribution opportunities in addition to the ones
already announced. The hemp business is wide open at this point. That
said we are striving to become a major player and position our company
for the inevitable tidal wave of opportunity. We pride ourselves on
communication with shareholders and look forward to continued
communication via newswires and social media. In regards to retiring
of the shares please refer to the quarterly report published on May
17th. SIPP has an excellent share structure, no toxic debt, low
overhead, and a low float. These attributes along with the our
presence in the hemp industry should bode quite well for shareholders.

Thanks again for your support!
