It will be trading under a dollar soon. I would not buy this stock. They not only have an endless stream of class action suits against them they have nearly 300mil in cumulative losses. Its a bloodbath IMO.
jj: I sold everything last Monday after we had a short spike from the Nanthealth IPO announcement. That sell was from a buy on Friday. I have not bought since because the unknown effect on the PPS from an unprecedented announcement by a CEO that he was launching another IPO for another company so close to the original IPO. Since we have never seen this before, I don't know how bad this can get, but there is no buy signal yet. Soon-Shiong can halt this by announcing that Nanthealth will be appointing a seperate executive team. His team just seems so unable to anticipate investor sentiment.
