What is basis for such confident statement?

We have heard about partnership rumours many times - this is another.

You may not be only person knowing if this is public knowledge - else it would impact SP.

So IMO - everything you said is just speculation. No one knows why so much delay.

I think he is still concerned about the 5 Lawyer that has threaten to sue him and the company, as far as I know they are still in the wings hoping to tie this company up in knots for a couple of years.

AND for all I know they may be working on behalf of a buyer or just another company trying to slow AVXL down so they can be first to market. Who can you trust today?
