You may want to take the time to do some in depth DD, as $CDNL has already started buying shares through its Share Buyback Program. And they do have to follow through on buying back these shares if they want to receive their 2nd and 3rd tranche of funds, since it is part of the requirements set forth in the contract. You may have researched plenty about share buybacks, but it looks you did no research on CDNL. Cheers!
