My belief is Cofer Black told them they are going to stay silent until he does what he came to do. I expect to wait a while longer. I'm ok with waiting as long as they are doing things right.

My perception from all of the facts that have been laid out is that NW manipulated the price up with heavy open market buying and then manipulated the price down, not wanting to finance in the $11's or 12's.

NW created the scenario for the dramatic share price drop by being the only one to pay attention to Phase V and then magnify its contents in the media.

He or someone connected to him, likely Louis Freeh (because a link has already been made between slanted coverage in Danny Fortson's articles in The Sunday Times and Louis Freeh)is the only one keeping the story alive which is unusual for a small biotech company based in US to get this coverage.

Coupled with the constant fomenting of articles and posts alleging bad management before last year's shareholder meeting (no other biotech company developing personalized immune therapies for a wide range of cancers has so many accomplishments), the attempts to send in a mole and an investigator under the guise of providing help when facts demonstrated otherwise, and the build up of negativity and attacks again this year makes it look like a huge stock manipulation is in the works.

I just hope all of the investigators are paying attention to the timing of the negative articles and the good news released by the company. The AF pattern continues with new players executing the same playbook.

This and any biotech stock in the climate of manipulation and deficient regulatory oversight is highly risky and subjecy to the kinds of completely external forces of destruction like what has happened with Herbalife.

Only in this case, because the attackers are trying to destroy a company developing a new standard of care for treating cancer that is non-toxic and much more effective than current options, and real people like my mom and so many others who would have loved to be able to be treated with DC Vax, the attacks are being done in dark pools and out of the spotlight, or with subterfuge that looks like support when other motives may be at play.
