suneQ was never thriving. No money managers in management. Many bad moves by management brought it down. Those holding common shares will lose it all. Don't blame others for investing your money. it is not criminal to be a bad manager. learn from this and move to the next play if you can handle the pressure of playing the stock market.

I agree-with-your-thesis and I wrote to Judge Bernstein.

Because I believe the Judiciary is sympathetic to the plight of "the little people"; at least in as much as the powers-that-be will permit them to be.

How no one went to jail for causing the crash of 2007-08 I'll never know but the times they are a-changing.

The Supreme Court ruled, just the other day, that families of those killed on 911 have the right to sue Saudi Arabia for their complicity in the terrorist attack.

I'm a poor retired American and I bought SUNE before the BK because I believe the company and their product serve the best interest of America. I invested $12,500 to help an endangered enterprise get "to its feet." Is it proper that when it does recover, it should turn its back on me?
