This is totally FALSE, as by far the majority of the dilution occurred BEFORE the delisting!
The dilution that has occurred since is pale by comparison.

When such simple facts are wrong, it makes it hard to take any of the other alleged "facts" seriously.

There is still discovery etc to go through.
