I could be wrong (as sometimes has happened) but wasn't this the guy who came out with the negative take on AVXL when we were at $14? And wasn't he arrested for securities fraud thereafter? Or am I thinking of someone else? If he was indeed the guy, then why would be put out a positive tweet on AVXL?
