#34381 RE: BARRENCE #34378

Actually not really - CEO is usually given a lot of freedom and board of directors don't interrupt unless things go really bad and it seems that they did here and fired Sullivan. I don't believe he resigned, he was most likely pushed out. Board of directors don't get involved in day to day operations, that's what CEO is for. Maybe they got involved when he wasn't able to close the Rontan deal or maybe someone from Rontan contacted Delgado about it? All speculations at this time but one thing is for sure - THE DEAL IS NOT DEAD like some on here kept insisting.

Delgado is in another POS OTC stock, don't expect anything from him. South FL is full of them, they must all brainstorm in the same country club.

IMO, There had been an internal struggle between Delgado and Sullivan .

I would go as far as say, that when Sullivan got frustrated he issued the first 8K

and began destroying Delgado's company ...............

as the two argued more , Sullivan issued the 2 Billion 8K which continued to destroy GDSI

In the end Delgado won by firing Sullivan and his daughter as well as their cohort !

...................... go ....... the new GDSI
