You have no idea how right you are... There were tensions building for quite some time as a result of some stunts Sully has pulled since taking the reigns and it finally came to a head. Delgado truly believes there is an opportunity to save the deal without the baggage of Dick, the dick weighing them down. Contrary to some incorrect assertions by some, Sullivan and his daughter did't step down because they were captains jumping a sinking ship. They stepped down because, of all the options they were given (by parties that will remain nameless) stepping down had the least negative consequences for them personally.

I did not want to say anything, because my contributions are humble to this board, but yet Purefreewater, you are correct.
Here is the scoop. Rontan was not going to play ball with Sully in the room. Sully did some last minute posturing that upset Rontan.
Delgado has not been a "crony" of Sullivan at all. Delgado was getting increasingly upset with the antics of Sully.
Rontan was ready to terminate. Delgado's move saved the negotiations. That does not mean we see the deal sewn up in a week, but you can be confident it will transpire by mid summer.
I have done lots of research into this matter, including communicating with the new CEO.

It was horrific to see Sully's blunders. Lets be honest. But we should be thrilled to see the new direction of GDSI. My DD suggests that Rontan is back at the table and there are no offensive "negotiating stances"
Delgado use to own Bronco Communications. He was a prior EVP with GDSI. I checked with some people who did business with him at Bronco and they describe him as "tough but fair"
Delgado was known for being a man of his word.

Now for my DD on Delgado, Rontan and Sully:

Delgado has had trust issues with Sully for quite some time. Things came to a head when Sully tried some last minute "muscle tactics" with Rontan.
Delgado orchestrated the exit of Sully and his cabal, after Rontan refused to deal with Sully. Rontan gave an ultimatum and it has been met. Rontan is back at the table and there is confidence a deal can be achieved.

Delgado has a reputation for honesty. Delgado also has access to capital.
When Delgado made his move, one of the reasons he gave was " investors feel fleeced and ignored and that is patently unethical'
We have a good CEO at the helm. Delgado has already issued a well written and succinct PR, communicated with PaulPainter , myself and others, and has singlehandedly made a bold and inspiring move for us, the investors.
My guess is, by mid July, we will see the final PR announcing the deal is complete.
Delgado cannot post here, and he is not the type to break rules, but he is watching this thread.
We should be above a penny again, shortly. Delgado seriously earned my respect, and you guys know how tough I can be on some. Delgado is the real deal and will make this happen.

Simply does not make sense.
First off, I've never heard of a subordinate firing his Boss. Delgado was a VP and Sullivan was the CEO.

Secondly, the Board of Directors was controlled by Sullivan and his own appointees (nee his own daughter for one).

It is very simple, if you think about it. Sullivan made a play for Rontan. Rontan, after watching Sullivan (and Delgado as well) drive NACSV into the ground, as well as screwover the sellers of NACSV and GDSI debt holders (factoring agreements, etc.),Rontan no longer wanted any part of being acquired by GDSI.

Anyone can put any kind of spin they want on this, but facts are facts. GDSI/Sullivan have a penchant and reputation for scamming deal partners, debt holders and share holders. And all along, Delgado has played his part. Nothing is going to change here. They have just played a bit of musical chairs is all.

And, if there is no A/S increase, it will mean a Reverse Split. No other way out of the share structure mess.
