Limit order sells 0.0001 were never filled (0.0002 also
failed for weeks), 1:10K usually just gives 0.00005 or
0.00001 like today. The resulting RS opens next day with like 0.25/1.00 b/a plus the $20 SEC fee.
Then returns to 0.0001 quickly. Rarely you'll get a mini
pop if a mega RSer off bottom if became thin OS. Takes
mant RSs to get to that point.
