I don't disagree, but there has been much more promotion of the VitaCig brand/trademark in the US than VitaStik. Besides the fact that VitaCig is a public company with a few thousand shareholders (many of whom were passing out free samples to their friends when the product was announced), there's the billboard campaign and VitaCig promo trucks in NYC and the CNBC interview with Jane Wells (which also had millions of viewers). More US residents have heard of VitaCig than VitaStik.

As you point out, it doesn't really matter much until someone launches a major marketing campaign.
