Rufus, I commend you for the diligence you have paid in supporting both your (our) company and your shareholders! I wish more CEO's would exhibit the same aggressiveness in defending their positions. I strongly support you, CVSU and all other FHAL stockholders who have held long (and strong) during this continual bashing.

I will be grateful when the stock is re-issued under the terms you have CLEARLY defined, and this board can once again go back to providing what it was solely intended for; keeping shareholders informed, so that they can continue to make sound economic decisions!

The biggest negative at the moment really for me is that Rufus is not forthcoming on the message board with answers to questions. Why bother to be on the message board if not helpful? I can see not answering all questions but he is not answering anybody.

I saw early on about squeaky clean with the SEC, so at the very least he could put together a list of questions and answers on the website perhaps so everybody can read. I will post this to him as well.

I have full confidence that you know what you are doing I just feel the release of the financials or the PR on the 10k will facilitate any necessary reduction in price volatility much faster than attempting to sue/respond to every form of fraud.
