Are you aware that PROW/MBHC/MMHC are all the same company? PROW was the shell that Morris helped Bland to acquire for his app company. They changed to ticker to MBHC. So, that explains the connection to PROW and MBHC. And now we have MMHC.

There are some obvious weaknesses here, but being informed helps a whole bunch in sorting out the puzzle pieces.
