I been involved with IDCC for over 25 years and I have never seen

any company pay us in advance of a final hearing or a license

agreement. I strongly suspect the fight will be over soon and

the money will be IDCC'S with lots more to come. One thing for

sure they would have to use years of legal procedures to ever

get a dime back if it was me.
