Looks like the cost is $5,000 to apply, and then $15,000 a year to remain current. Not a material expense for a company of VirTra's size.

I could be wrong, but I think the current PPS is the valuation for uplisting which would put us at $1.74. We would have to retain at least 1.00 PPS for 30 days to uplist permanently..There are others on this board who know the ins and outs better than I do. Lets hear from them..
