You have never seen a CEO allow "this debacle" to take place? You have no idea what so ever what this little company is up against in trying to go it alone without selling out to big pharma. You're either scared of losing your investment and are obsessed with your aggravation, or you're naive, or both.

This company is being throttled by innuendo and classic short/bear attacks. Where in god's name do you think millions of shares in a few days are coming from while the price drops? That many people jumping on a stake out of fear? People cutting their loss on no news? These shares are coming from unaware pensioner's IRA's and from dark pools flooding the market without needing to show they exist, creating a glut of shares which disrupts the supply/demand of normal investment. Come on, either suck it up or sell. Or if you're not an investor buzz off. These absurd statements about a company and their management team trying to bilk investors is so stupid it's not worth discussing. They've been under a microscope for more than 2 years with this stuff and you think they're so stupid or cocky that they continue doing it?
