If the CEO didn't have a proven track record, you know one of the first ones in 1993 to get into the Internet space and sell the company to EarthLink and than have another company acquired in 1998, then I would be in your corner.

Some are saying 0.10¢+ here. I think 0.05¢+ short term is very
likely for sure and the CD Note isn't convertible for at least
6-9 months down the road yet.
