I am a newbie at this but I don't see how a $50K bill to the Kluger agency will effect the stock, unless it is a catalyst of creating alarm.. It's not that much money, unless it's magnified somehow.
Perhaps there will be more bills later but from the 8K filing yesterday "e Kluger Agency, for their continued support of all celebrity relationship opportunities, " , so that money may spend for some more celebrity endorsements.
