Pretty sure the SEC does not consider Tweets to be audited financial statements. In fact, Schadel posted a "Safe Harbor" statement about his tweets and any other social media communication.

Lol, in context it was released? So a flat out lie then. I understand being positive a stock, but you have to be able to admit the CEO was 100% wrong on this one. Argue the other positives, but this isn't one.
