What makes you think they are not buying shares in using the current trading plan and buyback?

IDCC has bought back half the company shares that have existed. I dont know many companies that can say that. Their buybacks have been
a little strange sometimes, but you cant kill them now. Who knows it wasnt some of that bringing up the volume today?
