There is something very curious going on here because normal trading does not occur this way. Unless it is a "fire sale", which is marked by high volume and panicked traders stampeding to the exit door on bad news or dilution (non of which we have here in this stock), sellers very rarely offer stock BELOW the trading price of the last sale.

If you are so sure that current activity is NOT shorting then what is going on?
A summary of what is going on the L2: Someone bought at .0313 then Ask drops to .0312 or lower So what do you think?
