IDCC has a HSDPA chip ready to SELL now. (I don't think they have to pay Q anything for ipr on it.) I wonder how much bandwith HSDPA takes to run in? As you know QCOM can't use IDCC pats. in wider than 10 mhz channels. PUNKIN611
