OEMs are taking delivery of HSDPA chips, NOW.

(I don't think they have to pay Q anything for ipr on it.)

Any datacard or handsets OEMs using it will though, now won't they?

5 MHz paired and HSDPA utilizes a channel within that carrier along with WCDMA circuit-switched voice and WCDMA packet data.

Aggregation of multiple 5 MHz IMT-DS or 1.25 MHz IMT-MC carriers is years away commercially.

How is IDCC doing with any current claims against QUALCOMM for HRPD, WCDMA, or HSDPA, and do they have any?
