He's got over 1.9 million shares so he definitely cares about the share price. But he probably cares about it more long term, and doesn't care at all about the day to day fluctuations

Yes..except hes a more important shareholder than me since he certainly knew about the R/S and kept it to himself..also gets a pretty damn good salary funded by my investment

imo I had a right to know the company's plans about the R/S when I could make an informed decision about staying in or not...the R/S was a big deal because it is typically a feeding frenzy for biotech shorters and thats exactly what happened...I would have sold and bought back in after the massacre just like I did with NNVC who was also taken down by a short attack after uplisting

or I could have preserved capital and just waited for News..instead I was locked into the equivalent of a plane crash from 14 to 3...i was lucky because I got in early and am still to the positive but i reserve the right to not trust a CEO who lacks transparency

That is a big deal
