I have the same question. 10 days ago, we sat at .07. On may 6th, there was a S-1A filing and then the stock dropped to under a penny.
I read the S-1a filing, and to me it looks like they issued/authorized 33 million new shares. Is that correct, did I read it right?
Then there is another S-1a on may 11 for 33 mil more.

I'm just trying to do some of my own DD in regards to the numbers here and make sense of them. Can somebody help me out here and maybe just give me a basic breakdown of what happened and how it affected the share price. Please and thank you.
