Let us be careful as to what the judge said

The judge said that the Executive did not have congressional approval to spend money on the one action of subsidizing out of pocket costs at time of service

Personally I am beginning to think Congress is a train run wild

Apparently it can write and pass laws that tell the Judicial Branch to shove it

Apparently it has standing to sue the Executive Branch

So who watches over them?
