At issue is the "cost sharing" provision in the law that requires insurance companies offering health plans through the law to reduce out-of-pocket costs for policy holders who qualify.

Let us be clear this is not THE law

Let us be clear this is not the subsidy for the premium

this is the time of service say 20% cost share for an MRI

this drives up premiums as insurance companies will have to subsidize this themselves and pass on the costs via the premium

Hurray - prices for individual health insurance policies are going up ---- wow - what other wonders can Congress bring us
