Partnership discussions can not have any impact on when the data is released. The fiduciary responsibilities of all officers and directors would be compromised and would open each of them to litigation if that were to be made known.
A potential partner does not get a first look before the shareholders, not to say they might not be told that the data numbers are impressive as we were by Dr. M at the BIO Investors Symposium in February.
