No, not really. Generally speaking, the process goes faster for secondaries (which this is) than for initial registration statements. But most companies filing them haven't been suspended in the past. That probably ensures that the reviewers will take a closer look than they otherwise might. Getting an initial S-1 cleared typically takes six to eight months. Sometimes longer. The time involved may be the same for this effort from PHOT.

Yes, they say they never received a notice of investigation from the SEC. But I have the impression that companies have to ask specifically about that, if they want to know for sure.
