Getting an initial S-1 cleared typically takes six to eight months. Sometimes longer. The time involved may be the same for this effort from PHOT.

Yes, they say they never received a notice of investigation from the SEC. But I have the impression that companies have to ask specifically about that, if they want to know for sure.
