No they are not. They are selling to prevent losses. A good trader minimizes losses. We did close at .0009. Maybe, we could bounce to .00011 tomorrow or Friday or we continue drifting lower.
I just don't see this 10Q doing anything to drive the PPS upward. Manage your trades, folks. Do not let this stock hurt your accounts. Stop loss orders, would be prudent.
