Some of us DIME LTW holders that did not opt-in have tried to request our 85% part of settlement, but they have set up an attorney that refuses to talk with us. Not sure if litigation is even worth it.

BUT, If they get to keep that award free and clear is not fair. I would wish at least the WMI(LT) to litigate for part as they paid in part WMIH shares for release.
