Yes it may but their initial holdings would have been at a sub $1.00 cost basis compared to today's prices.

Disregard my previous post, #450961, since it is incorrect. That cost basis would only apply to newco shares gained from previous ownership of former pref's, Wampq/Wamkq, not the TPS.
