Where do you get $32,000 per acre!!!New York commands $40,000 per acre (Apples and oranges). No way $32,000 - even with the development of the industrial park. The average land value in Nevada is $2,116 per acre. Suggest you do some basic research.

I'm sure with their revolving credit line and large debt, that land is already spoken for in the form of collateral. If they did sell the land it will be the first profit they have made. Hopium and real estate..lmao

If my memory serves me correctly (which it does not always do)there are some improvements on some of the property? "The Real Estate segment owns the Daney Ranch property located in Silver City; and the Gold Hill Hotel and related homes and cottages, which consists of a hotel, restaurant, and bar located in Gold Hill, Nevada, as well as land and real estate rental properties. Comstock Mining Inc. was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Gold Hill, Nevada."
