Meeting: I think the real estate is the primary gem right now. Possible could be equal to entire value of stock. The area is booming. The industrial park (tesla, etc) is huge and in same county. That will and is even now boosting tax income for Storey county. That will make real estate there worth more, both people moving there and big tax base. The approval building permits in 2 weeks!
