Meeting: I think the real estate is the primary gem right now. Possible could be equal to entire value of stock. The area is booming. The industrial park (tesla, etc) is huge and in same county. That will and is even now boosting tax income for Storey county. That will make real estate there worth more, both people moving there and big tax base. The approval building permits in 2 weeks! In Las Vegas over a year. That is why so many companies going there.

Lucerne has not been proven yet. Dayton might be better bet, and would be open pit/leach, hence something they are already set up to do. They have $5 (think he said) million non mining land block up for sale. Prices are rising. Ignoring the mining claims the have ownership of 2210 acres. That is $32,000 a acre, just for the land, based on $70 mill market cap. A stretch, but the land is almost for sure worth 1/2 the market cap.
