No. (Rumor was GE Capital assets no formal or public announcement of the target)

Was the First Attempted WMIH M&A that failed even a Honest and True Attempt? ...

Or, was it just a clever ploy to placate the Shareholders and keep the Money Machine going to grease the palms of the BOD, Law Firms and others involved? ...

This Failed 1st M&A always seemed to be just a halfhearted effort and theater, smoke and mirrors, cloak and dagger call it what you will. But, the result was the same ... Failure, and way too much time wasted and money spent.

In the meantime, the True Goal still seems to be hidden?

Could it still be WMILT Cash and Assets that have to come back?
