Informed investors know the past history ONLY REMAINS in the HISTORY of the company files. It does not have anything to do with what the new company that has a new management and a new products does in the future!

Any unproven and unverified speculations about the new company based on the HISTORY of the OLD company speculations is only a wasteful distraction when we know the old management is gone years ago and the new company and the new management with a new business plan has taken over the OLD company.
