LMAO! So now a Federal Tax Lien is standard for public companies - now that is amusing but not close to being accurate.

Only on the OTCM will shareholders defend the CEO/company for not paying taxes and say all companies have a Federal Tax Lien against them.

Fortunately no serious investors believe that nonsense.
