You clearly never won a lawsuit. The monetary award typically pays legal fees so no, SFOR did not pay their own legal fees, MS did. "Net of any fees or expenses" means net amount after those fees/expenses have been paid. I wish they would use plain English too and just say "after legal fees were paid". I'm sure the reverse split last year that brought on so much animosity to several people on this board had a lot to do with the litigation between SFOR and Microsoft. Having money in the bank and proof positive litigation can only bring on (hopefully) quicker litigation in the legal system with other companies who managed to abscond with SFOR's proprietary information. This is very much a growth company but would be better paired with a larger corporation. Waiting for the buyout. GLTA
