In my opinion, it wont for at least a year. You will see tiny pump n'dumps on the way. MM's will continue to manipulate this stock. Even if it reaches a penny, no way in hell does it sustain. To many folks will sell way before then. It will take a solid year of increasing revenues mixed with announcements of litigation to even come close to sustaining a PPS of .01. Again, just my opinion. GLTA!
