They will have to answer POST#43004.

If Darth is right and MW has the proof of
the charges I would not want to be in the shoes of the booty's.

I'll repeat what Martin posted to respond to this..."beware of orange!" Ask JS and SA if they think it's "legally worthless." They obviously don't think so, they hired a criminal defense team. That's a lot of money up front in retainer fees alone. Ask SA if he can afford another legal proceeding against him right now.
