Shareholders are anyone holding shares for any period of time and the management has the same duty to them all no matter how long they hold.

"Ihub flippers" lol there is no such thing.
If you bought at $33 and sold at .16 you are a flipper. You are taking a loss but still flipped.
If you bought shares at any price and posted on ihub you are an ihub flipper i guess.

Unless you buy shares certs to put in a scrap book or for wallpaper. But who buys a stock with no intention to ever sell?
You cant make a profit unless you flip.

I cant help but laugh at people who use the term flipper as if its a bad thing.
If only long holders traded a stock would barley move.
The pps here would be .0001 and there would be no volume.
"Flippers" are why the market exists.
