With Schadel buying shares on the open market or private transaction there isn't any Rule 144 restrictions - they are free trading.
Assuming they are the same as a stock repurchase isn't accurate as Schadel isn't required to provide any details in the 10-K or the 10-Q.
If LTNC did a stock repurchase a very detailed report is required.
Plus, it is ridiculous to think a company that has never been profitable is going to do a buyback. Buybacks are initiated from company profits - not from toxic financing.
